Toyota Care Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that you have questions about the Toyota Care maintenance plan. We've got answers!
Q. Do all purchases qualify for complimentary Toyota Care?
A. No. The new vehicle can not be part of a rental or commerical fleet, or a livery or taxi vehicle.
Q. How long will Toyota/Scion continue to pay for my maintenance services?
A. For up to two years or 25,000miles after the date of purchase, whichever come first.
Q. What if I move away from Milwaukee?
A. We'll never forgive you! Just kidding. Complimentary maintenance under this plan is avaiable at any participating Toyota dealership in the continental US and Alaska. Whether you move to Sheboygan or Seattle, you'll be covered.
Q. What if I move to Chicago?
A. Get a Green Bay Packers license plate bracket and let those Bears fans know whats up!
Q. What interval is covered for oil changes?
A. The factory recommended interval. This depends on your vehicle and the type of oil it was shipped with. If you're not sure, we will be happy to help you determine the appropriate service interval.
Q. I didn't receive my service vouchers/my dog ate them/I lost them. Help?
A. Don't worry! Your Toyota Care package is recorded electronically, we can still provide you with free service.
Q. My vehicle has synthetic oil and is on the 10,000 mile interval. The light comes on at 5,000 miles?
A. You should still stop in - even though you don't need an oil change, you do need to get your tires rotated (for free!) and to have the free 19 point inspection performed.
