Option 1: Sign up at the dealership for free and get 3% back on every dollar you spend in the Andrew Toyota Service Department.

Option 2: Sign up for $30 at the dealership and we will deposit $50 into your account for a future service, PLUS get 3% back on every dollar you spend in service.

How Do I Check My Balance?

Go to our Loyalty Program portal by clicking the below button. Make sure to have your account number ready to be entered. Your number is found on your card and all program emails.

I lost my card. How do I get a replacement?

Please send a card replacement request to support@loyalty-trac.com.  Be sure to include your full name and account number.  Your account number is listed on all program emails.  Once we receive your request, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks before you receive your new card in the mail. Rest assured, your account balance and contact information will be transferred to your new card. If you need to bring your vehicle in for service before you get your new card, the store can look up your current balance.

 

Can I use my card at other dealerships?

No, this is a program that is exclusively offered at Andrew Toyota.

 

How long does it take for parts & service purchases to show on my account?

It typically takes up to 24 hours for any transactions to appear on account. In rare instances it may take up to 72 hours.

 

My balance doesn't seem correct. How can I get it changed?

If your balance doesn’t reflect a particular transaction on your activity statement that you think you should have earned dealer currency for, please contact us at support@loyalty-trac.com (please include your name, account number, date of service visit, and Repair Order/Invoice number and we'll look into it.  After our review, we'll either fix the transaction (if necessary) or refer you to the dealership for further evaluation.

 

How do I redeem my dealer currency?

Simply visit Andrew Toyota and let them know you’d like to redeem your dealer currency on your repair or parts purchase. They will deduct funds from your account and reduce your repair bill by the amount of funds you have available.  

 

Is my dealer currency transferable?

No, you cannot transfer your dealer currency to anyone else. If you received two or more accounts in your name, these accounts can be consolidated into one account.
