Not only did Shalonda help us to find the PERFECT VEHICLE for our needs...she also helped us identify several, SUPER-FUN & convenient “BONUS” options—which make our new Sienna the BEST Make/Model year to accommodate some of my unique mobility limitations & medical needs, PERFECT for the weekly routine of our family (with two young children), and SUPER-AWESOME when we bring guests along or travel with our large dog & extra cargo. During our sales experience, Shalonda proved herself to be a SUPER-KIND, HONEST, & KNOWLEDGEABLE sales consultant, who was good at listening & willing to let us control the pace of the sales experience. She was IMPRESSIVELY AWARE of both the current inventory at Andrew in Glendale, WI, and her ability to describe/summarize the differences in features and available options among a hefty list of Model Years for both the 7 & 8 passenger layouts of the Sienna was refreshing and REMARKABLY ASTUTE compared to the large number of sales folks we’d already met with at several dealerships in Ozaukee, Washington, & Milwaukee Counties...and she allowed us the MUCH-APPRECIATED privacy, time, and space to discuss our purchasing decision as a family. Like I said...SHALONDA is AWESOME! After feeling like Andrew Toyota did not effectively communicate what they were doing to my car. I went in to have a back break looked at. I ended up paying close to a grand for breaks and apparently the other stuff that goes with getting your breaks done like new rotors for all four wheels. I was upset that it was way more than I had thought I was told on the phone and in general. I talked with Dwayne the main man in the service department and he went beyond trying to make the situation better and to make me happy. I have given them a second chance and have been pleased with the results. Thank you, Dwayne for going above to make my feelings noticed and accounted for.

I always have wanted to buy a Toyota Prius, but nine years ago, it was too expensive. This time, however, the salesman, Marc Brandofina, worked out what my wife and I believe was a good deal. We used Consumer Reports Magazine to learn what the average sales price was for the Prius we sought. The magazine also connected us with three dealerships, and three salespeople competed for our business. Marc was patient and persistent in coming up with the best deal for us. We felt good in signing with him.

I never enjoy the time it takes to have my auto serviced. But I see that at Andrew Toyota they understand and make the whole process very smooth and efficient. Their website offers online secluding of appointments and a host of options and info to allow me to research from home, before I arrive.I bought this Toyota elsewhere, but had purchased from Andrew Toyota a Camry in the past and have always had good service with Andrew Toyota.
