Funds To Be Raised For New All Inclusive Playground

Andrew Toyota Scion is proud to announce that they will be assisting the Glendale-River Hills Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) with their fundraiser for a new playground. This playground will be fully accessible and all inclusive. The new equipment will be located at Parkway Elementary School on Milwaukee River Parkway in Glendale, Wisconsin. An all inclusive playground creates an environment that allows all children and their families to play together, regardless of their abilities. Inclusive playground designs address accessibility, age/developmental appropriateness and sensory-stimulating activity.

“It is very important to Andrew Toyota Scion that we help the PTO give our Glendale area students, not only a great education, but a safe and fun place to play,” stated Tom Murray, Andrew Toyota Scion Sales Consultant and lifelong Glendale resident. “Children need to play, learn, and grow together, side by side. As a parent and Glendale- River Hills School District Alum, I am proud that we are a part of this very important project.”

Andrew Toyota Scion will donate $100 to this fundraiser when friends and family members of the Glendale-River Hills School District take delivery on a new or used vehicle at the dealership. All they have to do is come in, mention the fundraiser, ask for Tom Murray, and take delivery on a vehicle.
The Glendale-River Hills PTO has been fundraising since March for this project. $200,000 is needed to begin construction.
